Here's how we work together

Definitions

To ensure mutual understanding, the following terms are defined as used in this document:

  • Customer: refers to all individuals listed on the booking form intending to purchase a product from us.
  • Partner: any tour operator, entertainment entity, hospitality provider, or service provider partnering with Dubaimazing to offer their products to customers via the Dubaimazing website.
  • Product: any service or activity sold by Dubaimazing Portal, UAE trade license no. 1448134 (hereafter referred to as “Dubaimazing”).

By making a booking, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Booking terms

  1. Booking confirmation: a booking is considered confirmed once full payment is disclosed, and a written confirmation has been issued to the customer. The individual completing the booking form guarantees they have authority to act on behalf of all persons listed and confirms that all participants understand and accept these terms.
  2. Legal jurisdiction: the contract, including all related matters, is governed by UAE law under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
  3. Company rights: Dubaimazing reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion without explanation. Additionally, no representative is authorized to alter these terms unless expressly approved in writing by the Dubaimazing executive team.

By making a booking, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Website operations

Dubaimazing operates its website in three distinct sections:

  1. Online Tours & Activities: customers can browse and purchase pre-defined tours and activities with descriptions, availability, and prices.
  2. Custom packages: tailored tours and packages are offered based on inquiries received via email, phone, or contact forms. Details regarding availability and pricing will be provided individually.
  3. Informative blog: a free resource featuring articles and updates about Dubai from a tourist perspective.

Ownership

This website, including its software, content, and services, is created and managed by the Dubaimazing team.

Pricing & payments

  1. Pricing Details
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
    • Prices are subject to adjustments due to factors beyond our control, such as governmental taxes, fees, admission charges, or currency exchange rates.
  2. Payment Methods
    • Payments can be made via Visa or MasterCard in AED.
    • Secure online payments are processed using Stripe, supporting major credit cards and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  3. Refunds
    • If a booking is not accepted, the charged amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation & Refund policy

  1. Customer Cancellations
    • For cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity, a full refund will be provided.
    • For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity, or in cases of no-shows, no refunds will be issued.
    • Refunds will not be provided once the activity has commenced.
  2. Company Cancellations: Dubaimazing reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or governmental actions. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  3. Force Majeure: compensation is not available for cancellations caused by factors outside of Dubaimazing’s control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other extraordinary events.

Exclusion from activities

Dubaimazing and its partners reserve the right to deny participation in an activity if:

  • The customer does not meet eligibility requirements.
  • Participation poses a safety risk to the individual or others.
  • Behavior disrupts the proper conduct of the activity.

No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

Health & travel insurance

Dubaimazing strongly recommends that all customers secure comprehensive health and travel insurance. This is particularly important for activities involving physical risks or classified as extreme sports. Customers are solely responsible for their safety and personal belongings during activities.

Customer responsibilities

  1. Fitness to participate: customers must ensure they are mentally and physically capable of participating in the chosen activity.
  2. Personal belongings: all personal items are carried at the customer’s risk.

Amendments to bookings

  1. Customer Changes:
    • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • Names provided during booking must match those on the passport.
  2. Refunds: refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  3. Communication: customers wishing to cancel or amend a booking must submit their request in writing. The effective cancellation date is the date the request is received.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Dubaimazing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The terms valid at the time of booking will apply to each transaction.
