Our experiences, except when mentioned are shared! For example, if the experience is mentioned to be for up to 6 persons and you are booking tickets for 2 persons, it means that other 4 people may join. From our experience this makes things more interesting as you will be able to meet and possibly make friends with people from other parts of the world. However, if you enjoy your privacy you can reach out to us through our contact page and we will be happy to facilitate you a private experience when possible

Yes, you will be able to cancel your order at any time. However, to get a full refund you have to cancel minimum 48 hours before the date of your booking.
We will be able to provide a refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before the date of the booking. From that point, we already have a commitment to our partner, and your experience has been paid. Cancellations within 48 hours or after the experience date, if no show, won’t be possible to refund.
